Open Day

Last chance to visit this year

Monday 23rd November 6pm-7.30pm

In response to popular demand and a big increase in our subscriber numbers, we're running one final Open Day this year.

We're welcoming parents and carers to join us on Monday 23rd November from 6pm until 7.30pm to see our setting, ask questions, and get a feel for how we operate and whether it might suit your children.

A more general update on our progress is below...

We've recently had some new coaches join us, and we're working hard behind the scenes to build a curriculum that preserves the crucial learner agency and autonomy that we know supports building intrinsic motivation, whilst ticking the boxes that Ofsted needs us to.

We hope to be in a position to submit our application to register as a school at the tail end of November/early December, and the process to registration is expected to take in the region of 6 months from there, before we're in a position to enroll learners with us on a full-time basis.

Once registered, we'll be accepting full-time learners between the ages of 6 and 12, with the intention to apply to extend our offering up to 14 years, during our first year of operations. We are already able to support home educated children from 6-14 years, and absolutely believe we can support meaningful coach and learner-led development up to that age, but Ofsted have indicated that it could prove a barrier to our initial approval, so we're going for baby-steps to help them along the journey with us.
